Terms

 

  1. We try our best to ensure that our drivers are punctual; however, we cannot be taken responsible for any possible delays caused for circumstances that are out of our control.

  2. All our drivers will drive safely and at sensible speeds according to road conditions, traffic and legal speed limits.

  3. You should be aware that clients are fully responsible for any damages they cause to the interior and exterior part of the vehicle that they have hired and will be billed for any repairing or valeting required in order to restore the vehicle back into working conditions.

  4. By providing your email address/phone number you give us permission to contact you via email/phone and we assure you that your personal details are truly confidential and will not be passed onto third party.

  5. The company will go to any extent to make sure that the vehicle you hired arrives on time.

  6. Our drivers will travel in the most appropriate route for the day, unless instructed by the customer at the time of booking. You will understand that any delays caused by this are well and truly the clients’ responsibility and not ours.

  7. It the clients responsibility to hire a car suitable for them according to the number of passengers travelling and the amount of luggage that they will be carrying.

  8. Our vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer belongings are carried at their own risk and the company will not be responsible for any loss/damage caused to such belonging.

  9. We will keep lost property at our office and will attempt to return any lost goods left on our vehicles.

  10. Our drivers have the right to refuse to carry any passenger whose behaviour is a threat to the driver, vehicle and passengers.

  11. We maintain a strict no-smoking policy in all our vehicles.

Booking terms and conditions

  1. All bookings must be made 2 hours in advance. Any booking within 2 hours must be confirmed by contacting the company directly by phone.

  2. Booking fees can be given to the driver on the day of your journey or it can be pre-paid by credit/debit card online, however, 5% processing fee will apply for all credit/Debit Card Payments.

  3. Our drivers will be due at the airport within 30 minutes after the flight lands.

  4. Waiting time first 60 minutes from the booked time will be free. No additional charge for any flight delays. You can request more time if you need for custom clearance and immigration formalities, it can be requested in the booking. Thereafter every minute will be charged at 25 pence (GBP) including parking charge.

  5. Journeys to the city are at a fixed rate and no negotiations can be made on the prices. For journeys outside of the city, the fee depends on mileage. For long distances, payment is charged on a rate of £1.50 per mile for saloon cars.

  6. Clients must note that Time and a half will be charged for bookings on the 24th, 25th, 31st December and 1st January.

  7. The customer will be offered a reference number once their booking is confirmed and it is important that you keep this safe to confirm your booking with our drivers.

  8. If a booking is to be cancelled, fees are refundable within 48 hours from booking time, if the cancellation is notified any later, only 40% of the fee will be refundable.
